Sweet and Sour Prawns with Vegetables Recipe

Prawns 1/2 kg,medium,cleaned,marinate an ingredients given in shrimps-prawns
Corn flour 3 tbsp
Eggs 2,use whites only,beat well
White flour 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Oil for deep frying
Salt pinch
To make the better for prawns,combine egg whites with cornflour,white flour/chicken stock cube mix,sugar and salt.Dip each prawn in the better and deep fry till golden.Remove and drain.
Ingredients for Sauce
Tomato sauce 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Pineapple juice 2 tbsp
Garlic 6 cloves,peeled and finly chopped
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp.powdered
Molasses (gur) 1 tbsp
Corn four 2 tbsp
Sesame seed oil few drops
Salt pinch
Oil 2 tbsp
Mix all ingredients for sauce in a pot,cook on low heat stirring with a wooden spoon till it thickens.
Ingredients for Vegetables
Capsicums 3,cut in squares
Cauliflower 1 medium,cut in florets
Onions 3 medium,cut in quarters and separates layers.
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Salt pinch
Oil 1 tbsp
Heat oil in a karahi till hot,add vegetables and sir fry quickly,add vinegar,soya sauce,white pepper and sugar.Stir,turn off heat. When ready to serve,combine the prawns and vegetables in the sauce,heat and serve hot.
