Shrimp Fingers Recipe | Chinese Recipe

Ingredients
Shrimps 1/2 jg
Bread 6 slices,stale bread
Eggs 2 separated,beat egg yolks and whites separately
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tbsp
Bread crumbs 1 pkt
Almonds 10,crushed
Sugar 1/4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Gram flour pinch
Oil for deep frying
Mehthod
Follow directions given onin shrimp-prawns for half an hour.Mix shrimps with salt,black pepper and cornflour and crush with a fork.Remove the brown edge from bread slices and spread the shrimp paste on one side.Brush with beaten egg whites,dip in bread crumbs and crushed almonds and deep fry till golden brown.Drain on kitchen paper and sprinkle with a pinch of gram flour,
Tip
Grind and seive store bought bread crumbs at home before using them to fry prawns,to prevent oil from spoilling.
