Ingredients
White Flour 2 cups
Wheat Flour 1 cup
Sugar 1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil 2 tbsp
Oil as required for frying

Method
In a large shallow bowl combine the flours with sugar, salt and 2tbsp oil. knead into a hard dough using a small quantity of water at a time. Set aside for half hour.
