Meethay Kaddu Ki Sabzi Recipe | Delicious Recipe

Ingredients
Meetha Kaddu 1/2 kg,cut in small pieces without peeling
Red chillies 8 whole
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Fennel seeds 1/2 tbsp
Fenugreek seeds 4-5
Kalonji 1/2 tbsp
Molasses (gur) 1 tbsp
Thick tamarind juice 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan,add fenugreek seeds.After a minute add all other ingredients except tamarind juice and cook covered on low heat.When the vegetable is tender and the liquid dries up add tamarind juice.Cover and leave on low heat for another five minutes.Do not use any water,in this vegetable.Serve with hot puri.
