Keri Ki Meethi Chutney Recipe Ever Best

Kairi 1/2 kg peeled and finely chopped or gtated
Molasses or sugar 1+1/2 cup
Ginger 1+1/2 tbsp, finely sliced
Red chillies 10, whole
Kalonji 1 tsp
Raisins 15 soaked in hot water
White vinegar 1/2 cup
Lemons 2
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients except lemon ina stainless steel pan. Cook on low heat, stirring occasionally with a wooden spoon till the liquid thickens.Remove from heat and cool. When completely cool add the juice of two lemons. Lemons juice preserves the chutney. Store in glass jars.Do not use wet or uses spoon in chutney.
