Kairi ka Sharbat | Best Kairi Pakwan

Mint few leaves
Peel kairies and boil in 2 liter of water,in an enamel ware or stainless steel pan till soft.Cool in water.Remove seeds and crash the kairies.Put the crushed kairies and water in a blender and grind.Pour the kairi mixture back in the pan,add sugar and cook on low heat till the sugar dissolves.Cool and add juice of four lemons and sprinkle in the black salts.Store in in refrigeretor in clean bottles.Altenatively the sharbet may be frozen in trays,when frozen remove from trays and store in plastic bags in freezer.To serve use 2 tbsp from bottle,add water and mint leaves or use 2 cubes of frozen sherbet in a glass of cold water.
This sherbet is excelent for use in very hot weather,speacially for children.
