Kairi | 2,peel and cut lengthwise like potato chips |
Sugar | 1 cup |
Flour | 3 tbsp |
Cloves | 4 |
water | 4-6 cups |
Oil/ghee | 2 tbsp |
Method | |
Heat ghee/oil in a pan,add cloves,fry for a minute,add kairi.fry lightly and remove.In the same pan roast the flour ligthly and remove pan fro heat.wait five minutesfor pain to coo,add water slowly while stirring to pervent lumps in flour.Then put in the fried kairi and sugar and cook on low heat.Guramba is ready when the sugar dissolves.Serve hot | |
