Kairi ka Dopiaza Recipe | Zabardast Kairi Pakwan

Mutton 1/2 kg
Chiken 1 1/2,cut in 12 pieces
Onions 3/4 kg,or 12 medium sliced
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Red chillies 1 tbsp,powdered
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Kairi 2,peel,remove seed,cut thinly lengthwise
Green chillies 4,whole
Fresh coriander 1 bunch finely chopped
Curry patta few leaves
Salts to taste
Oil 1 cup
Combine all ingredients in a pan except fresh coriander and cook on low heat .Do not add water,liquid from onions will be enough to cook the maet.When liquid evaporates turn up the haet and cook stirring frequently, till meat is tender.Sprinkle with fresh coriander. Serve hot with plain rice.
