Kairi Beef Keema Recipe | Best of Kairi Pakwan

Beef of mutton mince 1/2 kg lean, hand chopped
Kairi 3, finely chopped
Onions 3 medium, finely chopped
Ginger 1 tbsp, finely chopped
Red chillies 1/2 tbsp, powdered
Kalonji 1/2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Fresh coriander 1 bunch, finely chopped
Mint 1 bunch, finely chopped
Green chillies 4, finely chopped
Curry patta few
Oil 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Garlic paste 1 tbsp
Combine mince, ginger/ garlic paste, red chillies, turmeric and salt in a pan. Cook on low heat till the liquid from mince dries. Then add the oil, kairi, onions, kalonji, and curry patta and cook stirring frequently for about 10 minutes. Add the green ingredients, cover and leave onvery low heat for 5 minutes. Serve with hot parathay, naan or plain rice.
Clean and store greens like mint and fresh coriander in a brown paper bag in refrigerator freshness for several days. Wash before use.
