Hath Ka Kutta Keema Recipe

Ingredients
Beef mence 1/2 kg,hand chopped
Onions 2 medium,finly sliced
Red chillies 1/2 tbsp,powdered
Ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Green chillies 4,finly chopped
Fresh coriender 1 bunch,finly chopped
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2cup
Water
Method
Heat oil in a pan,fry onions lightly.Mix ginger,garlic,turmeric and red chillies powdered in a little water,add to the onions and fry stirring constantly for a few minutes.Then add the nince,stir to mix,turn down the heat.Stir frequantly till it is ready.Sprinkle with fresh coriender and green chillies,serve hot.

Never use powdered coriender when cooking mince,it will discolour the mince.
