Hari Mirch and Kalonji Pickle Recipe

Green chillies 250g-chopped fine
Garlic 8 cloves,unpeeled,chopped fine
Kaloji 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp,coarsely ground
Turmeric 1 tbsp
Lemons 3,juice extracted
Salt to taste
Oil 4 tbsp
Mix togather all the ingredients except oil.Cover and leave in refrigerator for two to three hours.Heat oil in a pan and fry all ingredients lightly on low heat.Store in a clean and dry bottle when cool.Do not use a wet spoon.
To keep red and green chillies fresh,apply a little salt and oil to them before freezing.
