Fried Prawns with Hot Sauce | Chinese Best Recipe

Ingredients
Prawns 12,large
Eggs 4 separated,beat egg whites thoroughly
Brown vinegar 3 tbsp
Sugar 11 tbsp
Corn flour 1/2 cup
White flour/Chicken Stock cube mix 1 tbsp
cold water 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Ingredients for Hot sauce
Spring onions 3,separate green leaves and crush the white onions
Ginger 1 tbsp,finly chopped
Garlic 6 cloves,peeled and crushed
White pepper 1 tbsp.crushed
Black pepper 1 tbsp,crushed
Thick soya sauce 2 tbsp
Chicken stock 1 cup
Honey 1/2 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sesame seed oil few drops
Oil 2 tbsp
Method
Clean prawns.Dip in brown vinegar and marinate in ingredients given in Prawns-Shrimps for 1+1/2 hour.Mix the well beaten egg whites with two tbsp very cold water,cornflour and sugar.Dip prawns in egg white mixture and deep fry on low heat till golden brown.Drain on absorbent kitchen paper.Foe sauce,heat oil and fry spring onions,ginger and garlic,add soya sauce ,white and black pepper along with the combine honey,chicken stock and corn flour.Stir using a wooden spoon till it thicken.Add sesame seed oil,Dip prawns in very hot sauce and serve.
