Chinese Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

Cabbage 1 medium,chopped
Chinese cabbage 1 medium,chopped
Capsicums 3,cut into cubes
Carrots 2,cut thinly in rounds
Cucumbers 2 unpeeled cut in rounds
Spring onions 4,julienne cut
Bean sprouts 1 cup
Garlic 6 cloves,peeled and finly sliced
Mushrooms 1 small tin
White pepper 1 tbsp,powdered
Sugar 1 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
White flour/Chicken stock cube mix 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sesame seed oil few drops
Oil 2 tbsp
Wash and drain all vegetables.Wash bean sprouts separatly and set aside.Mix all spices,sauces and vinegar with the vegetables.Heat oil till hot,add all vegetables,except bean sprouts,and stir fry quickly.Mix in all bean sprouts just before serving,and sprinkle with sesame seed oil.Bean sprouts may be omitted.
