Chinese Egg Fried Rice New Hot Style

Rice basmati 1 kg,washed and soaked for 20 minutes
Spring onions 1 cup,finly chopped
Capsicums 1 cup,finly chopped
Carrots 2 finly chopped
Garlic 6 cloves,peeled and finly sliced
Eggs 6 beaten
White pepper 1 tbsp,powdered
White flour/chicken stock mixed 1 tbsp
Yellow food colour pinch
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Sesame seed oil few drops
Oil 1/2 cup
Bring rice to boil in 2 ltr of water mixed with a tbsp of white vinegar and salt.When almost done ,drain the rice ,and leave on on very low heat till done.When ready spread out the rice in a large tray.Heat oil in a karahi or wok,fry garlic till light brown,add the beaten eggs mixed with food colour and fry quackly.When eggs form into pieces add the vegetables,soya sauce,sugar,vinegar and white flour /chicken stock cube mix.Then add the rice ,fry quackly with 2 large spoons,mix everything thoroughly,add the sesame oil and serve hot.
To rehead frozen rice put the container in hot water over low heat to steam the rice .then leave on tawa on low heat for dum till ready to use.
