Chinese Dry Beef Chillies Recipe Very Spicy

Beef undercut 1+1/2 kg,cut into large pieces and frozen for 1-2 hour
Green chillies 15,remove seeds and cut lenght in thim strips
Garlic 8,cloves peeled and crushed
Black pepper 1 tbsp,crushed
White pepper 1 tbsp,powdered
Sugar 1 tbsp
White flour /chicken stock cube mix 1 tbsp
Cornflour 1 tbsp
Soya sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Sesame seed oil (chinese) few drops
Oil 4 tbsp
Removemeat from freezer and cut into thin slices.Marinate the meat in a mixture of oil all ingredients except the oil and green chillies and leave for an hour.Just before serving,heat oil in a work or karahi till very hot and stir fry the meat.In a separate pan stir fry the green chillies and add to meat.Sprinkle the sesame oil on top and serve hot.
Use cornflour as dusting powder for babies when talcum powder is not available.
