Chaulai ka Saag Recipe | Best Village Recipe

Saag 1 kg,wash and soak in cold water with a pinch of turmeric
Onions 4 medium finly sliced
Green chillies 4
Red chilli 10 whole
Turmeric 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2 cup
Heat oil in a pan,add sliced onions and fry till golden.Then add all other ingredients,stir and cook on low heat till the water dries.Then fry for a few minutes and remove from heat.Do not add any water to saag while cooking.Serve with hot chapatti.
To clean chaulai saag thoroughly,wash and soak for 20 minutes in cool water a pinch of turmeric-rinse in a colander
