Bhunay Chanay ka Raita Recipe

Yogurt 1/2 kg
Grams(chana) roasted 2 tbsp
Cumin seeds coarsely ground 1 tbsp
Black pappercorns 1 tbsp
Green chillies 4
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Grind togather dry grams and black peppercorn.Grind fresh coriander and green chillies togather and mix with ground black pepper and roasted grams.Beat the yogurt with salt,add the ground ingredients and mix well – sprinkle with sumin seeds.
Red Chilli Chutney
Red chillies 125g,whole
Garlic 20 cloves,10 peeled 10 unpeeled
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil 3 tbsp
Combine red chillies,garlic ,cumin seeds and salt and grind with a little water to a fine paste.Heat the oil on medium heat,add the chutney and fry gently for 5 minutes.Remove from heat and cool.Store in a clean bottle.This chutney can be used for several days.
A tbsp of yogurt taken after breakfast will prevent tne feeling of fatigue for the whole day.
