Beef Nihari Recipe | How to Make Spicy Beef Nihari

Beef 1 kg
Marrow bons 1/2 kg
Onion 1 large finly
Fennel seeds 3 tsp
Sonth 5-6 tsp
Red chillies 1 tsp
Ginger 1 tsp finly chopped
Garam masalla 1 tsp
turmeric 1 tbsp
Cardamoms 8 large
Flour 3 tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil 1/2cup
Heat oil in a large pan,fry onion till golden brown.Add ginger ,turmeric,red chillies,garam masalla,salt and fry for a few mints.Put in the meat and marrow bones and cook stirring often,till the meat changes collour.Add 4-5 glasses of water.Tie the fennel seeds,sonth and black cardamom in a piece of muslin and put in the pan.Cover and cook on low heat till meat is very tender.Remove the muslin with spices and squeeze all the liquid from it back into the pan and discard it. Roast the flour lightly on a towa,mix it with a cup of water,making sure there are no lumps in it.Pour it in the Nahari slowly and stir gently.Add low heat for a few mints.Sprinkle chopped green chillies on top.Serve hot with noon.
